To maximize the conversion rate of traffic driven by a major brand awareness campaign, I partnered with the Peapod product team to refresh the content strategy, messaging, and photography across new customer onboarding pages.

In its first week, the update delivered

  • 17% increase in conversion

  • 15% jump in traffic from organic search
